Foreign Residence Permit
Permission documents that provide the right to live in a certain place in Turkey for a certain period of time and issued by the competent authorities are called residence permits in our country. How to Obtain a Foreign Residence Permit?
Residence permit is obtained by applying to the Migration Administrations located in the province where the foreigner will reside. Residence permit applications can be made by the foreigner in person or through the foreigner’s lawyer, if any, or a person who represents them legally. After the necessary documents are prepared and delivered to the Immigration Administration officer, the application is evaluated by the Commission. If the application is approved, the residence permit card is sent to the foreigner’s residence address.

Foreign Work Permit
It is not possible for a foreign national to work legally in our country without a foreign work permit application and approval. It is necessary to apply to the Ministry of Labor with the necessary documents for a work permit.
